**Position: Real Estate Valuation Professional**

A dynamic professional equipped with knowledge and experience in Valuation of real estate assets. The high calibre professional should be versatile to work on multiple aspects of projects including, Valuation, Project Audit, Project Monitoring and Due Diligence.

**Technical Skills**
- Understanding of International Valuation Standards
- Experience in Valuation of Land and Buildings
- Understanding of issues regarding land and its developability
- Understanding of Zoning Regulations and Building Codes
- Understanding of Building Approval Process
- Understanding of Construction Detailing, Building Materials & Systems
- Basic Understanding of Project Costing & Quantity Surveying
- Basic Understanding of Project Sequencing/ Scheduling
- Good Visualization & Presentation Skills
- Mix of Creativity and Analytical Skills
- Ability to carry out Research with Compilation & Analysis of findings
- Excellent Report Writing Skills

- Ability to work on Multiple Projects at any given time

**Credentials**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Planning/ Civil Engineering
- Master's Degree in Planning/ Real Estate/ Valuation/ Project Management
- 3-5 years of experience in Valuation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD
- Languages: English (professional proficiency), Hindi (native proficiency), Kannada (native proficiency preferred)

**Joining Timeframe: Immediate**

**Location: Bengaluru**

**Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
