**Job Title**:Turn-around Cost Estimator**:
Experience : 3-10 Years

Location : Bengaluru

**Shift timing : 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1:30pm to 10:30pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive turnaround event cost estimates by compiling contractor estimates.
- Review and validate contractor staffing plans to ensure optimal resourcing for turnaround execution.
- Ensure contractor cost estimates comply with agreed rates, terms, and contractual conditions.
- Provide monthly cash flow reports, forecasts, and variance analysis for turnaround projects.
- Collaborate with planners, schedulers, and site management to monitor and manage workforce headcount during turnaround execution.
- Generate and deliver daily cost reports to the turnaround management team during active execution.
- Coordinate with contract partners post-event to finalize costs and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Support the implementation and feedback loop for digital cost management tools.
- Contribute to the creation of estimation standards and drive process standardization in turnaround planning.

Requisites
- Bachelor//'s degree in Engineering or Maintenance (AICTE-recognized university).
- **Experience** i**n turnaround activities within complex industrial facilities.
- E**xperience** in turnaround execution and cost control within Oil & Gas or similar heavy industries.
- Proven ability to support cost estimation for maintenance and turnaround events.
- Familiarity with Refining or LNG environments is desirable.
- Proficiency in Primavera, SAP, SMART GEP, and JDE CMMS, including their use in cost tracking and planning.
