**This Position is located in Bangalore South or Remote.**
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR/MSW with preferable 2 years’ experience in HR management in Generalist role

**Responsibilities**:
Ensuring alignment with business and HR strategic objectives and acting as a primary connection between the management and the employees.
**Employee Engagement**:
- Drive events and activities aimed at developing an people first culture thereby increasing employee motivation.
- Formulate ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
- Oversee the redressal of administrative challenges and ensure employee needs are met in line with the business challenges and Nuance policies.
- Reviewing staff awards processes which recognize excellent performance.
- Pulse Survey Anaytics
- Attrition and retention Management
**Managing Performance**:
- Assit Manager - PBP in generating performance report and analtics with business Insights
- Employee Counseling
- Manager Counseling
**Employee Relations**:
- Provide advice to managers on complex/exceptional HR issues disciplinary, grievance and tribunal actions.
- Responsible for dealing with workplace conflict through the introduction of an effective mediation service.
**Other Activities**:
- Develop and nurture partnerships through People Team to creat a People First Culture.
- Provide feedback and input for improvement of all programs, processes and policies and accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery within Employee Relations, Internal Controls & Compliance, Learning, Transitions and Records & Document Management.
- Partner with team in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and initiatives that add value to both our business and employees.
- Manage exit processes for staff and carrying out exit interviews.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal department when necessary.
- Carrying out such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the line manager, or any senior manager.
