**About the Role**

The video Producer is an audiovisual specialist responsible for planning and implementing all of the elements of a Shoot. Their duties include securing the rights to intellectual property, managing logistics for the Josh Talks and case studies shoot, and making the budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up lighting and equipment for all the shoots
- Managing shoots from end to end in different format
- Research and finding the vendors like rental, masking, and equipment
- Collaborating with the creative team to get the maximum quality content from production aspects
- Highly travelling role
- Handling the camera and recorder for shoot
- Managing and training the team of volunteers about using the equipment and shooting with professional crew
- Making the budget sheets and accounts

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of overall Production experience
- Good management with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong experience in owning an end-to-end shooting process with a positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges
- Good analytical skills for making budgets and accounts
- Strong negotiation skills
- Have excellent project management skills, with focused attention to detail
- Have a bachelor’s/master’s degree (preferably in a technical field)

**Salary**: ₹11,147.37 - ₹50,908.83 per month
