Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing video content as well as designing compelling graphics that align with our company's brand and objectives. You will work closely with our marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality videos and graphics that captivate our audience.

**Responsibilities**:
Video Editing:
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring seamless transitions, appropriate cuts, and visual effects.

Collaborate with content creators, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.

Utilize your creative skills to enhance storytelling through video editing techniques, such as pacing, rhythm, and timing.

Incorporate suitable music, sound effects, and graphics to elevate the overall production value of the videos.

Conduct comprehensive quality checks to ensure videos meet technical specifications and project requirements.

Stay updated with industry trends, video editing techniques, and software to continuously improve your editing skills.

Organize and manage video assets, maintaining an organized library for easy retrieval and future use.

Ensure consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all video content.

Graphic Design:
Design compelling graphics, including logos, banners, infographics, social media visuals, and other promotional materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective marketing campaigns.

Ensure that all graphic designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to continuously enhance your graphic design skills.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Create visually engaging layouts for print and digital media, maintaining a balance between aesthetics and functionality.

Ensure all graphic designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.

Maintain an organized library of design assets for easy access and future use.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of video editing and graphic design projects.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of video production principles, including composition, lighting, audio, and color correction.

Excellent storytelling and creative skills to bring concepts and ideas to life through video editing and graphic design.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and export settings for different platforms and devices.

Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
