**Key Responsibilities**:
**Voiceovers**: Incorporate AI-generated or original voiceovers to complement the video content and improve the overall viewer experience.

**Content Optimization**: Optimize video content for different platforms and formats, ensuring it meets the specific requirements and guidelines of each platform.

**Creativity**: Bring creativity and innovative ideas to the video editing process to make the content stand out and capture the audience's attention.

**Quality Control**: Ensure the quality and consistency of video content, including resolution, sound quality, and visual effects.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with content creators, marketers, and other team members to understand their vision and translate it into captivating video content.

**Project Management**: Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.

**Stay Updated**: Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in video editing and social media to keep our content relevant and competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Strong creative and storytelling skills.
- Experience in AI-generated or original voiceovers.
- Understanding of different social media platforms' requirements and trends.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of quality control.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in editing content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos.
- Familarity with working on political content.
- Familiarity with video SEO and metadata optimization.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing work.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
