**Location**: Seera Pind, Rahon Road, Ludhiana
**Working Hours**: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM **Monday to Saturday** (with flexibility for overtime)

**Compensation: 10,000 + 2,000 (Transportation)**

We are seeking a **Data Entry and Operations Intern** to help with managing data and supporting operations across different departments in our factory. This is a dynamic role that will provide exposure to various aspects of factory operations, reporting, and data analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Input data for each phase of the production process into our **Excel-based data management system**. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in updating records across different departments, including dyeing, finishing, and warehousing.
- **Collaboration with Departments**: Work closely with the dyeing, HR, accounting, and marketing departments to gather data and provide insights.
- Support departments in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues on the dyeing floor.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Create daily reports and perform analysis on production data.
- Prepare additional reports as requested by the manager, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- **Project Involvement**: Assist in various projects focused on improving production efficiency and business development.
- Conduct research on different aspects of the business to support decision-making and operational enhancements.
- **Software and Technology**: Utilize software tools and **AI technologies** to assist with data input and analysis.
- Be comfortable working with digital systems to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
- **Learning and Development**: Be willing to learn and take on challenges in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to develop your business knowledge and industry expertise, particularly in têxtiles.
- **Business Knowledge**:

- Have a basic understanding of business operations and the têxtile industry.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to contribute to strategic improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Intermediate or advanced Excel skills** (e.g., creating reports, using formulas, and data analysis).
- Knowledge of or interest in **AI tools** and software for data input.
- Strong **communication skills** to collaborate effectively with various departments.
- A **willingness to learn** and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- Basic **business knowledge** and an understanding of the têxtile or manufacturing industry.
- Must be comfortable working from **8 AM to 8 PM** with the possibility of overtime.
- **Reliable transportation** to commute to Seera Pind, Rahon Road.
