**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats within the territory.
- Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and monitor distribution channels effectively to ensure optimal product availability and visibility.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, market share, and revenue, to assess territory performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate activities and achieve common goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably as a Territory Sales Officer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
