**Job description**
This profile is the primary point of contact for customers. She/he will be responsible for the list of accounts in the region with a defined sales target.
A BDM will ensure enhanced customer experience, coordinate with the various teams as well as work towards acquisition of new leads in addition to managing the existing ones as well.
- Work closely with the Business Development /Lead gen executives
- Daily customer engagement over the phone
- Speedy & accurate information/ solution t be provided to customers
- Lead generation and Conversions
- Helping with the licensing queries
- Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Follow-ups
- Licensing Certifications
- Achieve the revenue target
- Ensure & work towards Brand Recall value with customers
- Maintain good relationship with customers & increase customer satisfaction
Requirement
- University degree
- Minimum 3+ years of experience into the Inside Sales/IT Sales
- Good Understanding of the Cloud Business
- Delivering Customer Satisfaction (internally and externally)
- Employee Satisfaction & team Management skills
