**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services.
- Identify customer needs and provide information about available properties.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales appointments.
- Assist clients in understanding the buying process and provide guidance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing leads and conversions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanour in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telesales or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
