**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic **Placement Officer** to manage the end-to-end placement process for students. This role involves ensuring students are well-prepared for their professional journey by providing training, coaching, and mentoring, as well as maintaining strong relationships with recruitment partners and prospective employers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train students to be interview-ready through resume creation, mock interviews, and success strategy coaching.
- Act as a coach to refine students’ communication and professional skills.
- Serve as the **Point of Contact (POC)** for recruitment and resolve internal grievances of students.
- Track students’ progress metrics and maintain detailed records for placements.
- Establish relationships with industry partners to ensure successful student placements.
- Organize workshops, events, and webinars to support career development for students.

**Requirements**:.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in resume building, interview coaching, and student development.
- Prior experience in vendor management and student grievance resolution is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage batch schedules efficiently.
- A detail-oriented approach to tracking metrics and placement outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year

- Day shift
