**Position** - Sr. Server Administrator

**Experience **- 5 to 6 Years

**Job Location** - Jayanagar, Bangalore/Immediate Joiner

**Job Overview**:Theyare, FTP Servers, Application Servers, Proxy Servers, and Cloud Servers. Additionally, they will lead end-users, maintain networks, develop security strategies, and provide exceptional customer support.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:_

**Server Management**:

- Handle Mail Servers, File Servers, Web Servers, FTP Servers, Application Servers, Proxy Servers, and Cloud Servers.
- Lead end-users in utilizing server resources efficiently.
- Standardize user privileges and system settings using automated deployment tools.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows servers.
- Implement security strategies and measures to protect servers from cyber threats.

**Network Maintenance**:

- Maintain networks and ensure smooth communication between servers and client devices.
- Install, cable, and configure rack-mounted servers, routers, switches, and hubs.
- Monitor Network Intrusion Detection Systems (NIDS) and maintain firewall configurations.

**Hardware Maintenance and Repair**:

- Repair hardware issues on servers and other networking equipment.
- Order supplies and equipment and maintain service contracts on office equipment.

**Database Maintenance and Backup**:

- Perform database maintenance tasks and ensure data integrity.

**Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Provide Tier Adjudication support to resolve complex server issues.
- Offer customer support and assist end-users with server-related queries and concerns.
- Implement, troubleshoot, and integrate cloud-based solutions.

**Security and Compliance**:

- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Update servers with Microsoft and vendor driver updates regularly.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.**Requirements**:

- Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve server issues promptly.
- Technical knowledge of server hardware, operating systems, and networking protocols.
- Attention to detail in configuring and maintaining server settings and security measures.
- Focus skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple server-related projects effectively.

This role requires a proactive and versatile individual who can adapt to changing technologies and business requirements while ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our server infrastructure.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
