
Project Coordinator

Position Overview: As a Project Coordinator with Agile and Scrum skills, your primary responsibility is to support and facilitate the successful execution of projects using Agile methodologies. You will work closely with the project manager, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of project objectives. Your role will involve coordinating activities, tracking progress, and assisting with Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the role
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Project Planning: Collaborate with the project manager and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets based on Agile principles and methodologies.
Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that these meetings are well-structured, productive, and focused on achieving the sprint goals.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and business analysts, to coordinate their activities and ensure alignment with project objectives. Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
Agile Documentation: Assist in maintaining project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, burn-down charts, and other Agile artifacts. Ensure that documentation is up to date, accessible, and reflective of project progress.
Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders. Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide project updates. Act as a bridge between the project team and stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication and conflict resolution.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Agile framework. Collaborate with the team to implement changes, optimize workflows, and enhance project delivery efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
