Admission counsellor helps to understand the relevant and more knowledge about the education, faculty, admission procedure, and many other related things. We are looking for an organized and engaging admission counsellor. One should be knowledgeable, resourceful, and supportive with strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for generating B2C leads for online tutoring business.
- Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Participate in the decision-making process for student admissions based on the policies and guidelines.
- Prepare and present applicant reports to the management.
- Build broad knowledge of admission activities and guidelines.

**Desired Profile**:

- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Industry knowledge would be an added advantage
- Experience in college admissions may be preferred.
- Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions.
- Excellent convincing and coordination skills.
