**Job Summary**:
As the Education Counselor (Tele Sales) Team Leader, you will oversee and guide a remote team of tele sales education counselors. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving team targets. Your leadership will be crucial in motivating and coaching the team to success while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.

**Key Responsibilities: (**Team Leadership**)**
- Lead and manage a team of remote tele sales education counselors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Conduct regular virtual team meetings to review performance, and share best practices.

**Sales Targets and Performance**:

- Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales outcomes.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Oversee the handling of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

**Training and Development**:

- Develop and deliver virtual training programs to enhance team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of team activities, sales performance, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
