**Job Summary**: The Draftsman will play a key role in supporting the design and construction process by creating detailed and accurate technical drawings. This position involves working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that designs are brought to life accurately and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed architectural and engineering drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements and ensure accuracy in drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site measurements and assessments to ensure accuracy in drawings.
- Modify and update drawings as required by architects or project managers.
- Prepare and maintain design and construction documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure all necessary materials and resources are available.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in architectural drafting, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the design and build industry.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
