Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Qualification: MBBS

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

:Provide round-the-clock medical care to patients in the ICU, ensuring their well-being and closely monitoring their progress.

Assist senior doctors and specialists in handling emergency cases, performing routine procedures, and managing critical conditions.

Administer and supervise treatments, monitor patients' vital signs, and respond to any immediate medical needs

.Handle typical ICU operations, including ventilator management, emergency intubation, and other life-support procedures.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to provide optimal patient care.

Participate in case discussions, patient rounds, and clinical meetings

.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and medical standards

.Respond to and manage medical emergencies as they arise

.Requirements:Degree: MBBS from a recognized institution

.Experience: 1 to 3 years of clinical experience post-MBBS, with significant exposure to ICU management.

Proven ability to handle typical ICU operations, including ventilator support, intubation, and other critical care procedures.

Pay: ₹82,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
