**Job Title: ER/IR - Legal**

**Experience: 8-15 Years in ER/IR and Ethics compliance**

**Location: Seawoods, Navi-Mumbai**

**Job Role**:

- To manage the disciplinary actions end-to-end
- Legal documentation and conducting meetings
- Creating minutes of the meeting
- Coordination with lawyer
- Labour-related legal advisory
- Ensuring that the set process is followed
- To arrange meetings and ensure action is taken as per the orders of the disciplinary committee
- Drafting of the Show cause notice, charge sheet and other documents as applicable

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Extensive experience in ER/IR activities, actions related to breach of code of conduct, ethics, and disciplinary actions
- Should have a solid awareness of the code of conduct and ethics, employee accountability, labour laws etc.
- Managed and addressed disciplinary actions end to end
- Maintain records in regard to disciplinary actions
- Conducting disciplinary committee meetings and ensuring that the proceedings are completed, and the records are maintained for each matter accurately
- Prepare and maintain MIS for various reporting
- Ensure submission of orders to HR for necessary actions
- Provide advice/legal views as and when required

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**

**Knowledge of labour laws, labour litigation, disciplinary actions, Show clause notice to employees, employee enquiry, employee investigation etc.**

**Educational Qualifications**:
Legal qualification with diploma/degree in labour laws preferred.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
