- You come with 10-17 years of experience in a Plant HR role in a Manufacturing set up
- preferably automobile.
- You have managed IR in your past roles and should have past experience in handling
- unionised and non-unionised set ups.
- Previous experience in working with ITI graduates/ 12th Pass employees.
- Strong & assertive communication skills
- Hands on contract manpower and grievance redressal of blue collars
- Educational Qualifications: MBA / PGDBM in HR/MSW
