**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing company accounts and financial operations. Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory along with knowledge of accounting processes, taxation, and reconciliation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including purchase, sales, and journal entries
- Maintain ledgers, reconcile bank statements, and manage vendor and client accounts
- Process GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements
- Prepare financial statements including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and petty cash management
- Prepare documentation for internal and statutory audits
- Assist management in budgeting and forecasting activities

**Qualifications and Skills Required**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance
- Certification or working experience in Tally ERP is mandatory

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations
- Prior experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance preferred

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
- Knowledge of general ledger, reconciliation, and financial reporting

**Soft Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
