**Job Role**: Academic Counsellor/Inside Sales/Business Development.

**Location**: BTM/Rajajinagar, Bangalore (WFO)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make Outbound calls to the leads provided by team lead and explain the courses offered by Tap Academy.
- Receive Inbound calls and explain the courses offered.
- Maintained a detailed tracker of the calls and present it to the lead and relevant stakeholders in the company.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the courses offered by the company.
- Achieve enrolment and revenue targets for the monthly assigned target.
- Handle all incoming queries on our courses and act as a consultant and guide prospects in their purchase decisions for our courses.
- Identifying multiple sources to achieve enrolment targets.
- Face-to-Face counselling of students.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as Academic Counsellor.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
