**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As an Insurance Sales Executive in our Hospital Outreach team, your responsibilities include:
- **Engagement and Outreach**:Initiate contact with hospital visitors, patients, and their attenders in a friendly and approachable manner.
- **Presentation Skills**:Effectively communicate and present insurance solutions, emphasizing the benefits and relevance to the individual's or family's specific needs.
- **Sales Execution**: Execute outbound sales strategies to promote and sell insurance products, ensuring coverage aligns with the medical insurance requirements of the target audience.
- **Relationship Building**:Establish and nurture positive relationships with doctors, hospital visitors, patients, and attenders, fostering trust and confidence in our insurance offerings.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving sales targets by actively seeking opportunities and overcoming challenges in a hospital setting.
**Role Requirements**:
To excel in the role of Insurance Sales Executive in Hospital Outreach, you should possess:
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in simple and clear Tamil to effectively convey insurance information to diverse individuals.
- Empathy: A compassionate and empathetic approach to understand the unique needs of hospital visitors and patients.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability in outbound sales, with a focus on identifying opportunities and converting leads into successful insurance sales.
- Adaptability: Capability to adapt to a hospital environment, understanding the dynamics of patient interactions and adjusting sales approaches accordingly.
- Goal Orientation: Strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets within specified timelines.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other stakeholders to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
