**Job Description**:
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Executives. As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling insurance products to prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their insurance needs, and offer suitable policies to meet their requirements. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills in English and Tamil to kick-start their career in the insurance industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers through various channels to generate leads and promote insurance products.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the insurance requirements of clients.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of various insurance policies.
- Customize insurance solutions to meet the specific needs of individual clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Achieve sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to undergo training and continuously develop skills.
- Willingness to work from the office in Coimbatore.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
