About Us:
At DigiRank360, we are looking for a Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist to join our performance marketing team. If you have 1 to 2 years of experience and a deep understanding of ad metrics, campaign optimization, and data-driven marketing, this role is for you

**Responsibilities**:
Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates to improve ad performance.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.

Implement advanced targeting strategies, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and keyword optimization.

Generate detailed performance reports and provide data-driven insights for campaign improvements.

Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising.

**Requirements**:
✔ 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.

✔ Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and how to optimize campaigns for better results.

✔ Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

✔ Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.

✔ Ability to analyze data and make strategic campaign adjustments.

✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
