We serve a diverse clientele, including high-profile architects and designers. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to support our Sales Executive and enhance our customer engagement.
**Job Summary**:
The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in the sales process, assisting the Sales Executive in managing leads, customer interactions, and order processing. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Management**:
- Assist in tracking incoming leads and updating the sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Categorize leads based on the sales process and prioritize follow-ups with potential customers.
**2. Customer Interaction**:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide information about our products.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive company image.
**3. Sales Support**:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Executive to ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Provide necessary documentation and support for creating Proforma Invoices (PI) and final invoices.
**4. Relationship Building**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on high-profile customers such as architects and designers.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support throughout the sales cycle.
**5. Order Processing**:
- Assist in processing sales orders and coordinating with the accounting team to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
- Monitor the status of orders and communicate updates to clients as necessary.
**6. Collaboration with Teams**:
- Work closely with the Sales Executive and other team members to align on sales strategies and customer outreach.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to facilitate timely deliveries and address any logístical concerns.
**7. After-Sales Support**:
- Provide support for after-sales inquiries, ensuring that any issues or concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently.
- Relay customer feedback to the Sales Executive for continuous improvement in service delivery.
**8. Reporting**:
- Assist the Sales Executive in preparing weekly reports on lead status and sales activities.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales metrics to track performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with the construction or design industry is a plus.
- Experience dealing with high-profile clients or in a B2B sales environment.
**Work Environment**:
- Primarily office-based with potential for occasional travel to client meetings or events.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
