**Company Overview**:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting, Inventory, and Dispatch Coordinator to support our operations and enhance our efficiency.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Invoice Management**:

- Collaborate closely with the Sales Executive to create Proforma Invoices (PI) and final invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of invoices to customers, following up as necessary to confirm receipt.

**2. **Payment Coordination**:

- Liaise with clients and sales associates to ensure timely payment collection.
- Track outstanding payments and provide regular updates to the Sales Executive and Owner.

**3. **Accounting Maintenance**:

- Maintain detailed records of all purchases and sales transactions.
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts and prepare financial reports as needed.

**4. **Inventory Management**:

- Order raw materials based on production needs, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor and track sales orders and raw materials, adjusting orders as necessary to prevent shortages or excess.

**5. **Documentation for Dispatch**:

- Prepare and organize all necessary documentation for products to be dispatched to the Sales Associate or production team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting, inventory management, or dispatch coordination, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quicknooka) and MS Office Suite, Google Sheets, Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, sales associates, and transporters.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with sanitary ware, stone, tile or building material industry preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management practices.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with potential for some on-site visits to the production area.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vapi, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
