We are hiring for **IT Admin**

**Location - Belapur, Navi Mumbai**

**Experience - 6month or 1+yrs**

**Notice Period - Immediate or 15-20 Days**

**The responsibilities of the IT Admin will include the following**:

- **System Administration**: Managing and maintaining computer systems, Think client, servers, and networks to ensure smooth operations.
- **Network Knowledge**: Managing and maintaining Network Switches, Router, Firewall, NVR, AP’s.
- **User Support**: Providing technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- **Backup and Disaster Recovery**: Developing and maintaining backup plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity in case of emergencies.
- **Hardware Maintenance**: Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting hardware components such as servers, routers, switches, and desktop computers.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Documenting system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, as well as providing regular reports on system performance and security.
- **IT Infrastructure Planning**: Assisting in the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure upgrades and expansions to meet the organization's evolving needs.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Requirements**: Ensuring that IT systems and practices comply with industry regulations and standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- **Training and Knowledge Sharing**: Providing training and support to end-users and colleagues on IT systems and best practices, as well as sharing knowledge within the IT team.
