**Job Title: Experienced Merchandiser (Women's Wear Manufacturing)**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Factory Management**:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations within the women's wear manufacturing factory.
- Ensure that all production processes adhere to established standards of quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and reducing costs.
- **Personnel Supervision**:

- Supervise and motivate factory personnel, including production staff, artisans, and support teams.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement stringent quality control measures throughout the production process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Collaborate with sourcing and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and anticipate production needs to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding production-related matters.
- Communicate production goals, targets, and priorities to factory personnel and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, including output levels, efficiency metrics, and quality indicators, for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in women's wear manufacturing, with a minimum of [X years] in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction techniques, fabric types, and fashion trends.
- Strong leadership abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
