**Job Overview**: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Garments Fashion Merchandiser** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the selection, sourcing, and development of fashion garments, ensuring they meet quality standards, market trends, and customer demands. You will work closely with the production, and sales teams to deliver on-time, cost-effective collections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and analyze fashion trends to guide product development.
- Source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage product quality.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop seasonal collections.
- Oversee costing, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Coordinate product sampling and quality control processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare reports on product performance and trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Design, or a related field.
- years of experience in fashion merchandising or garment production.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabric sourcing, and garment manufacturing.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and merchandising software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,102.78 - ₹18,335.65 per month
