**Job Title**: Garment Merchandiser

**Location**: Jaipur

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development & Sampling**:

- Collaborate with designers and clients to understand garment requirements.
- Manage the sampling process, ensuring samples meet specifications.
- Provide feedback to designers and suppliers to improve product quality.
- **BOM & Costing**:

- Define the target cost of a garment.
- Block the fabric and trims required for the garment.
- **Production Coordination**:

- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely delivery of garments.
- Coordinate with factories for production scheduling, quality control, and shipment planning.
- Monitor production progress, addressing any issues that may arise.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain TNA and category master reports
- Maintain records of all correspondence, approvals, and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in garment merchandising or production.
- Strong understanding of garment production processes and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: 22k - 35k
