**Key Responsibilities: Purchase & Procurement**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and prepare purchase orders
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received
- Track inventory levels and initiate purchase requests to maintain stock
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications

**Logistics & Supply Chain**:

- Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transport agencies, and warehouse teams
- Ensure proper documentation for imports/exports and local transport
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), inward entries, and stock movement records

**Accounts & Administration**:

- Record supplier invoices and ensure timely payment processing
- Assist in maintaining accounts payable and receivable records
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support monthly closing of accounts and generation of reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or accounts
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Good understanding of GST, invoice matching, and basic taxation
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
- Must know Tamil, English and Hindi ( mandatory)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a manufacturing company preferable in industrial automation.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
