**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- Responsibility is to manage returns globally for all BAS & Website sales.**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Financial**
- Coordination with reconciliation team- Following up with Marketplaces in case of non-reimbursement of return pairs**Customer Oriented**
- Sharing confirmation of returns with Stores, Warehouse team & Reconciliation team, Customercare team**People Oriented**
- Co-ordination with Colleagues, Stores, Warehouse team & Reconciliation team, Customercare team

**Internal Business Process**
- Preparing Return Reports
- Timely return in SAP
- Arranging packaging for Sellable returns
- Raising safety claims on marketplaces for defective pairs & lost pairs
- Preparing claim approval & reimbursement report
- Scrap sales of non-sellable pairs
