Job Title: Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Meet customers to generate new leads and expand business opportunities.
2. Target Achievement: Meet monthly team targets provided by the management.
3. Cold Calling & Follow-ups: Make cold calls to potential customers and follow up with existing leads to convert them into sales.
4. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with existing customers to maintain strong relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience, in any industry
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong organizational and time management
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
