**Job Title**: Agricultural Advisor

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Agricultural Advisor to assist farmers in enhancing their agricultural methods and achieving improved productivity. The role includes conducting on-site farm assessments, reviewing current farming techniques, and providing tailored, practical guidance to boost crop yields and support sustainable agriculture practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development of detailed farm management plans aimed at improving efficiency, optimizing resource use, and promoting environmental sustainability.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Hands-on experience in farming, agricultural operations, or consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of crop management, soil science, and pest control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Proficiency in Marathi is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
