Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Agri Advisor located in Pune. The Agri Advisor will be responsible for offering expert advice to farmers, conducting soil and crop analysis, recommending appropriate fertilizers, and developing customized farming solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing agricultural advice and conducting soil and crop analysis
- Knowledge of fertilizers and their appropriate applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting workshops and educating farmers
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field (Marathi)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop customized solutions
- Experience in using agricultural software and tools is a plus
