**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as an Agri-Advisor at Farme in Nagpur. The Agri-Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to farmers on call, analyzing data to make informed recommendations, and assisting farmers in implementing best agricultural practices. The Agri-Advisor will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with the customer as well as for increasing and managing sales. Focus on customer experience is a must

**Qualifications**
- Deep knowledge and experience in agriculture and farming practices
- Excellent soft skill and experience in handling customer calls
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting agricultural data
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with farmers
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field
