**Job Description: Agri Advisor**

**Position Title**: Agri Advisor

**Location**: Pune

Overview:As a Customer Service Representative at Kay Bee Bio Organics Pvt. Ltd., you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a dedication to maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with placing orders, updating order status, and resolving any order-related issues.

3. Issue Resolution:

- Address customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s organic products, services, and promotions to accurately inform customers.

5. Customer Feedback:

- Collect customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and relay valuable insights to managemen

Qualifications:

- **Education**: BSC Agri, BSC Horticulture

**Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
