**Job Summary**:
The Agri Advisor is responsible for providing expert agricultural support and product knowledge to farmers via phone. This role involves guiding farmers throughout the crop cycle, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion & Sales Generation**:

- Provide accurate information about company products and services to farmers through calls.
- Actively promote agricultural products and convert leads into successful sales.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
- **Agronomic Support**:

- Offer expert guidance to farmers from sowing to harvesting, including crop selection, pest and disease management, fertilizer usage, and irrigation planning.
- Resolve farmer queries promptly with appropriate and timely advice.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with farmers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure farmer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product delivery, and after-sales support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
