We are looking for a motivated and passionate **Agri Advisor / Sales Executive** to join our growing team at **Vaksana Crop Science India Pvt. Ltd.** If you are enthusiastic about agriculture and enjoy working directly with farmers, retailers, and distributors, we would love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell agricultural products (fertilizers, pesticides, plant growth regulators, etc.) to farmers
- Provide agronomic advice and technical support to farmers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in assigned territory.
- Collect and report market intelligence and competitor activity.
- Organize farmer meetings, field days, and training programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and participate in digital campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or related Field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in **Marathi**.
- Passionate about farming and rural outreach.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural inputs and practices.
- Willingness to travel across rural areas.
