- Job Title: Learning Experience Designer - Management Consulting - Mumbai
- As an LXD in the team, you will be involved at all steps of developing digital content solutions. For now, this is an individual contributor role that could grow into people management dimensions in the future
- Job Responsibilities
- Learning Experience Design
- Design high-impact self-paced and facilitated digital products by leveraging legacy IP from various existing solutions.
- Design new products to strengthen license revenue stream.
- Liaise with our SMEs clients to understand requirements, recommend solutions, and communicate solution design.
- Development
- Develop/review scripts.
- Partner with internal and external (vendors) UX, technical development, and QA teams to achieve project deliverables.
- Project Management (support)
- Plan and monitor various team projects and initiatives.
- Manage vendor and internal development.
- Anticipate risks and suggest mitigation strategies to achieve project deliverables.
- Key Skills:

- Key Skills:
- Effective speaking, writing, presentation, and judgment skills to work with people on an individual or group basis, at all levels within the team and external to the team.
- Great project management skills like planning and monitoring deliverable progress, foresee risks, focus on meeting deadlines, and quality expectations.
- High level of attention to detail.

Mandatory:
- Minimum experience of 5 years in developing digital learning experiences preferably in business management domains like leadership, sales, financial acumen, business strategy, innovation etc.
- Experience in scripting/reviewing digital learning content for various formats; audio, video, animations etc.
- High level of expertise in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other content authoring tools. - Ability to visualize business aspects of solutions.

- Qualification:
- Any degree with excellent command over English language
- Management education background will be preferred.
- LXD, ID certifications will be a plus.
