Role Overview:

As a Senior Designer, you'll be the bridge between sharp strategy and stunning visuals. You'll craft brand narratives through design systems, campaign identities, and digital experiences that are both meaningful and beautiful. You'll mentor young creatives, challenge conventions, and shape work that moves audiences and drives results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Be the visual voice of the brand — crafting designs that don't just look good but speak.

•Lead the design process from spark to finish — concept, layout, execution, and everything in between.

•Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and strategists to bring campaign ideas to life across digital, print, film, and social.

•Mentor and inspire junior designers; help them level up their craft and creative thinking.

•Build compelling visual identities, brand worlds, and campaign systems that stay fresh yet strategic.

•Push the boundaries — explore new visual languages, experiment with formats, and keep creativity moving forward.

•Own the details — from typography choices to color grading — ensuring every pixel is purposeful.

•Keep the design output aligned with brand goals; while making sure it still breaks clutter.

Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:

•3-7 years of design experience in a fast-paced advertising or creative setup.

•A portfolio that makes people stop scrolling — showing strong ideas, smart design thinking, and craft.

•Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) — and a good handle on other Adobe tools is a plus.

•Deep understanding of composition, color, and typography — and how they come together to tell a story.

•Ability to think conceptually — not just design what's asked but build what's needed.
• Strong sense of ownership, an eye for detail, and a bias for creativity over the ordinary.

•Comfort juggling multiple projects and timelines without dropping the aesthetic bar.

•A team player with leadership instincts — someone who can take feedback, give direction, and keep it fun.

•Bonus points if you bring something extra to the table — illustration, motion, photography, or experimental design thinking.
