Pixelfox is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be at the heart of our creative output translating ideas into powerful visual communication across platforms. You'll work closely with the creative leads, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaigns to life, while ensuring design consistency and brand relevance. You'll also guide and support junior designers, contributing to the overall design culture of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Execution & Design Excellence:

Conceptualize and design visuals across digital, print, and video formats.

Deliver engaging, brand-aligned creatives that meet campaign objectives.

Stay current with design trends, tools, and evolving digital formats.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Work closely with creative leads, copywriters, and producers on campaigns.

Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers to ensure design quality.

Collaborate on pitches, client presentations, and high-visibility projects.

Quality & Delivery:

Maintain a high standard of visual aesthetics and attention to detail.

Manage multiple design briefs and meet deadlines consistently.

Review and refine designs based on internal and client feedback.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred).

A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing digital and print work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
