You’ll mentor young creatives, challenge conventions, and shape work that moves audiences and drives results. Be the visual voice of the brand — crafting designs that don’t just look good but speak. •Lead the design process from spark to finish — concept, layout, execution, and everything in between. •Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and strategists to bring campaign ideas to life across digital, print, film, and social. •help them level up their craft and creative thinking. •Build compelling visual identities, brand worlds, and campaign systems that stay fresh yet strategic. •Push the boundaries — explore new visual languages, experiment with formats, and keep creativity moving forward. •Keep the design output aligned with brand goals; Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role: •3-7 years of design experience in a fast-paced advertising or creative setup. •A portfolio that makes people stop scrolling — showing strong ideas, smart design thinking, and craft. •Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) — and a good handle on other Adobe tools is a plus. •Ability to think conceptually — not just design what’s asked but build what’s needed. • Comfort juggling multiple projects and timelines without dropping the aesthetic bar. •Bonus points if you bring something extra to the table — illustration, motion, photography, or experimental design thinking.
