Graphic Designer to join our Design team. In this role, you will lead the creative direction and visual design of our digital brand presence, developing visually striking, brand-aligned assets across digital platforms. Your work will help drive brand consistency, design innovation, and audience engagement through impactful storytelling and creative experimentation — including the use of AI-based image generation tools. Design high-quality digital assets including social media creatives, digital campaigns, web banners, email headers, internal decks, and more. Ensure visual consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate with content and marketing strategy teams to translate briefs into effective and clean visual outputs. Own the creative process end-to-end—from concept to final delivery with accountability for quality. Mentor junior designers or freelancers to uphold creative standards and foster growth. Creative Consistency – Maintain unified brand style across platforms Delivery Timeliness – Ensure 95% on-time delivery of design assets Quality & Innovation – Integrate AI tools in at least 50% of campaigns for enhanced creativity Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Experience: ~6 – 8 years in digital graphic design, ideally within marketing or brand teams.
