**About the Company

Position/ Role: Graphic Designer
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Senior Manager
Industries Preferred: Retail, Real Estate, Design & Architecture, Internet / social media, Agencies, Media Houses.
Qualifications Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
Skills Required: Excellent Communication, Coordination, Articulation; Interpersonal Skills; Analytical skills; Artistic ability; Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software; Exceptional creativity and innovation; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Accuracy and attention to detail; An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment; Professional approach to time, costs, and deadline
Job Responsibilities:
1. Translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies.
2. Collaborating with art directors, branding experts, front end developers, marketing, content and other professionals to create media
3. Articulating and pitching design concepts to clients, art directors and others
4. Evaluating choices critically, with the customer needs in mind
5. Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software
6. Selecting colours, fonts, photographs, layouts, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts
7. Demonstrating portfolio to show creative, design and software skills
8. Designing social media creatives/ social media videos and motion graphics
9. Communicating design choices clearly
10. Designing and redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures, and many other forms of visual communication
11. Assisting the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adept them according to the objectives of the project
12. Bringing new business to the organization and sell current portfolio of work to prospective customers
13. Planning the framework of design according to the laid-out concept and established specifications of the project
14. Ensuring that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company

**Job Expectations**:
Graphic Designer with minimum 3 years of experience. Experience working with real estate, lifestyle, luxury brands is prefrred.

**Minimum Qualification**: Graduate, Masters, PhD

**Minimum Job Experience**: 3-5 years

**Reporting to**: Head of Department

**Travel**: Yes, as and when required.
