**Job Title: Marketing Executive**

**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to deeply understand the needs, challenges, and pain points of families with newly diagnosed autistic children.

2. Collaborate with the clinical team to create informative and empathetic marketing content, including educational resources, support programs, and testimonials.

3. Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns to reach parents and caregivers in the local community, including pre-school and doctor's office visits.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to facilitate referrals and partnerships.

5. Manage the institute's digital presence, including the website and social media platforms, to effectively communicate the services and support offered.

6. Analyze marketing performance data and customer insights to continually optimize strategies and tactics.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in autism support and healthcare marketing.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or non-profit marketing, preferably in the autism/special needs space
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with families
- Strong project management and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analysis
- Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
