**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our programs, services, and initiatives to diverse audiences.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Utilise data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial objectives.
- Monitor sales funnels and customer journeys to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and finance to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximise collaboration and achieve mutual objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years) in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in the healthcare, education, or non-profit sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, metrics, and performance indicators.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
