Position: Marketing and Sales Strategist

**Job Type**: Fulltime Employment. Not for Part-timer/Freelancers.

Location
- The Headquarter Office and Dankuni office.

Pay scale: 25k, will vary depending on experience, expertise and interview.

Excellent communication skill is must as this is a client facing profile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive product sales.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales targets and strategies.
- Analyse sales data and marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retail partners.
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing and sales performance to management.
- Manage budgets for campaigns and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
- Stay updated on FMCG industry trends to inform strategy development.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional and above-average Communication skills with a fantastic flair for the English language on all fronts.
- Education Qualification: Under-grad/Postgrad
- Should be exceptionally groomed and presentable and represent the brand in desired places.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work responsibilities, and receive instructions for execution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,662.20 - ₹25,000.00 per month
