We are hiring a _**PATIENT COUNSELLOR **_for _**TATA 1MG**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Informing/counselling the patient/caretaker about the treatment.
- Patient enrollment via F2F/ tele counselling while adhering to Scripts/SOPs/processes and 100% compliance.
- Share patient progress update.
- It's a field job, no need to come to office.
- Making home visits at patient’s homes as per approved process flow.
- Support in liaising with the call center team for patient follow up
- **Skills required**_:

- Minimum 1 yr experience
- Medical Representatives can also apply.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Patient management and patient counselling skills.
- Empathy and willingness to listen and relate to patients.
- Ability to work in a process-driven/structured environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
