**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

**Issue Resolution**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

**Technical Assistance**: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting guidance for products and services.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of TVS Electronics' products, services, and policies to accurately address customer queries.

**Documentation**: Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the database.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure adherence to established quality standards and service level agreements.

**Escalation Handling**: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution and follow up as needed.

**Customer Satisfaction**: Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets through exceptional service delivery.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

**Continuous Improvement**: Provide feedback on processes, procedures, and product improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [specify language(s)].

Empathy: Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
